The First Year Success program offers comprehensive guidance for incoming first year students to ensure a successful transition to college life. Key elements of the First Year Success program include individualized financial aid literacy coaching, academic skills and study habits training, individualized coaching on course selection and academic planning as well as support on social, emotional and cultural dynamics of adjusting to life on campus. This highly individualized service starts during the summer before matriculation and continues through the first semester of the first year of college.

Intensive Weekly Coaching

Intensive Weekly coaching is ideal for students who are on academic probation or need high-touch support through their academic experience. The weekly coaching provides check-ins with the academic coach and an in-person meeting if proximity permits. The focus is on organization and to promote academic success.

College Majors Discernment

Selecting a college major is the biggest decision any student will make during their college career. With so many options available, students benefit from professional guidance to discern and select their college major. This service will provide a highly individualized discernment process along with tailored recommendations for college major(s) and minor(s). The service will also provide an in-depth look at course requirements for selected majors and grad plans for selected majors.

Students are not alone in their desire to transfer colleges over 25% of students transfer from their first college. The college transfer process becomes strategic and manageable through our customized college transfer program.
